OFF SEASON, a clothing label operating in British Columbia, Canada. Prices are Canadian dollars.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. Until then we can decline and refund in full — usually because a size sold out between your order and your transfer landing.

By Interac e-Transfer. We hold your pieces for five days from the order. If no transfer arrives, the order is cancelled and the stock released.

We try to get prices right and occasionally will not. If something is listed wrong we will tell you before we take payment and you can walk away.

Runs are small and not restocked. Stock shown is what exists.

Screens differ. The photography is as close as we can get it, but a colour will not match your monitor exactly.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave. Check your address before you submit it.

The name, the mark, the photography and the words on this site belong to us. Do not use them for anything commercial without asking.

We are responsible for the pieces we sell and for getting them to you. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing here removes rights you have under the BC Sale of Goods Act or the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
