privacy
We collect what an order needs and nothing more. This explains what that is, where it goes, and how to get it removed.
what we collect
Your name, email address, shipping address, and optionally a phone number and delivery notes, all given by you at checkout. What you ordered and what you paid. If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address.
what we never see
Card numbers. There is no card processing on this site. Interac e-Transfer happens between you and your bank, and we receive only your name and the email address you sent from.
why we have it
To take payment, pack a parcel, get it to your door, handle returns, and keep the tax records the CRA requires. Nothing else.
who else sees it
Canada Post, to deliver the parcel. The email provider that sends your confirmation and tracking. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, ever, and there is no advertising network on this site.
how long we keep it
Order and payment records for seven years, because Canadian tax law requires it. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, which is one click at the bottom of every email.
your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email us and we will answer within thirty days. This is your right under PIPEDA.
cookies
The site stores your cart in your own browser so it survives a refresh. That data never reaches us. There is no analytics or tracking on the site at present. If that changes, this page changes first.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy question, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
